Goals:
   1) Describe the role that particular parameterizations play
      in the simulation of polar feedbacks
   2) Describe the mean ice state in control integrations
      b30.004 and b30.009
   3) Compare the mean ice states between b30.004 and b30.009
      and determine cause of biases
   4) Compare the mean ice states to available observations

Motivation:
   1) Provide a description of the CCSM polar climate and the effect 
      of the ice thickness distribution on it to the sea ice community
