Name: CCSM general support

Mission Statement:
This is an ongoing project which involves providing CCSM support to both
NCAR and non-NCAR users.

Goals:
For FY 2005 this encompasses numerous tasks which include:

  - moderating and administrating the CCSM Bulletin Board
  - creating new CCSM tags and tests (including verifying bit-for-bit compliance with previous tag)
  - creating an archive of the results of tag testing
  - performing weekly CCSM/CAM system tests
  - performing new CAM tag tests
  - determining optimal load balancing of CCSM for new science and new machines
  - providing support to NCAR users/scientists
  - providing limited support to users outside of NCAR
  - scheduling and performing bug fixes 
  - creating CCSM script improvements 
  - creating new CCSM releases (including release of patches)
  - completion of CCSM3 control runs
