Name: Testing Tool.

Mission Statement
      A couple of tools used to improve the efficiency for the testing.      

Golas:
   1) Archive the cpl log files for all ER tests which passed.
   2) Compare two tag versions, to see whether they are bit-for-bit matched.
   3) Compare different machine runs, to see whether they have abnormal error 
      growth during the first 10 days' run.

Motivation:
   1) The cpl log files need to be archived for later use. For example, comparing 
      whether two ccsm tags are bit-for-bit matched, or checking whether the updated  
      system changed  the answer, etc.
   2) We need a tool to check whether the two tags are bit-for-bit matched. This tool
      will check all of the log files, which passed the tests.
   3) A tool used to check the error growth of the two runs. If the two machine runs have 
      big difference, we can use this tool to find it very quickly. It can find the bug, which
      works fine on one machine, but cause the answer changed on another machine.
