CCSM User Resources and Support

Support Policies

The formal CCSM Support Policy, last updated February 14, 2005, addresses how particular versions of the CCSM software are supported. The highest level of CCSM3.0 support is provided for category 1 machines, which generally are those machines available for CCSM3.0 production runs.

Priorities for model development are formulated in CCSM Working Groups, which anyone is free to join.

Online Information and Support

The CCSM Bulletin Board exists to address issues such as porting to unsupported machines, data inquiries and bug reports. Registration is required, but it only takes a few seconds. Please include your location in your profile.
