The Climate Variability Working Group (CVWG) was formed to analyze natural and anthropogenically-induced patterns of climate variability in CCSM and its component models as a means of furthering our understanding of the observed climate system. The CVWG also conducts simulations with CCSM and its component models that are available to the broad research community.
